AHHH I've been meaning to update, but I haven't! :(
Anyways....
Sunday, me and mom went to a place, to see none other than........
*DRUM ROLL*
THE FAMOUS LIPPIZANER STALLIONS!
:D me so happy! We got FRONT ROW SEATS! I mean we were like 2 or 3 feet from the arena! They also had 2 Andalusian's that performed. I'll get some pix on here a.s.a.p. :)
But when they started doing the REALLY cool stuff, my camera battery went dead *cry* *tear* *sniffle*. But I got a little bit of it. They did this one thing, - that they used in wars years and years ago - where the horse starts like uh...... not bucking, well, sorta bucking, just not kicking the feet high up, but then the horse kicks out one foot. IT WAS SOOOOOOO COOL!
One thing they did was (while they were riding) was, they changed leads, every two strides. Like the horse would start out with his right foot leading, go two strides, then switch leads to his left foot ect.... It looked like he was skipping! It was so cool!
They did flying leadchanges at the walk, trot, and canter.
Hmm.. I wanna tell you about the Lippazaner breed, but I have to get off, and I don't feel like typing it right now, so, I'll tell ya'll about the breed later.
See Ya!
Love,
Sarah
